Are you using LTI? For LTI authentication currently depend on users already being set up in EnterMedia and having that define what role they are in. You can speed up that process by using and importing a spreadsheet for the faculty user/role information, so that you don’t have to add each one individually. You can then set it up so that all new/other users would automatically be treated as “student” role.
To automatically create all users with the correct role, we would have to customize the LTI authentication Java code to grab and assign the group or role information based on what’s included in the LTI request. To do this, we would need someone to sponsor the work by buying or using points towards it. Please email
