Looks like the entermedia user doesn't have write permissions to your data folders at a glance

And there is disk space? This is just trying to rename a file.... You can try it at the command line also to confirm the issue

There is plenty of disk space. There is thread safety issue. Other thread can write corrently.

Clean up the file and see if it works after that. Could be a bug yes. We will likely be removing those xml files in the fairly near future.

Why is there so much writing to that table? It should mostly be used for reading from. If there is a need for high transaction then it might be best to make it a data module that has no xml backing
