Where/how to get help?

This may not be the right forum for a user question. If so what/where would be a good place?

I've been using entangle for years. Not sure what happened.  But now I cannot save a file.

entangle_camera_file_save_path: assertion 'localpath != NULL' failed

Preferences->capture has string pattern Capturexxxxxx

dconf-editor shows the same.  I'm........stuck.

I use (have used) entangle with ZereneStacker and a Cognisys rail.  Successfully. For years.   

sudo apt-get remove and install changes nothing.

If this really is lowercase 'xxxxxx', then change it to have
uppercase 'XXXXXX', as we only match on 'X' uppercase chars.
