Surperpostion with a PNG with transparency

Hi,

Could you help me? I would like to put a image in superposition on the live-view and be able to scale it and move it on top of the live-view.

For example,

to have a customizable frame, to occult the screen with black or white and see very well in the middle of the live view.

or to have an old image on top of the live-view and be able quickly to put all the objects in the scene, when I want to shoot exactly in the way it was before the last shoot.
