I guess your OS is Windows, isn't it?

There's a very strange bug happening AFAIK only with Tomcat7 + Windows.

That's why a couple of weeks ago we removed Tomcat7 from our recommended setup (I'm not sure if that's released, yet)

I suggest you to swap Tomcat7 with Tomcat6 and have another try.
