Hi All,
Getting the following error when trying to do a local import of a
class into Studio:

Error #6301: SAX XML Parser Error: Line 3: Offset 44: ERROR #5845:
Item 'LabResults.Structure.CLS' is not editable. Will skip this item.

I assume this is a file permissions error but the file is not marked
read-only, nor is the Windows folder in which it resides.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Are you able to open the file.
If Yes, can you see the class in the xml file.
I have a feeling that the export didn't happen correctly and that is why it is not loading it back

Thank You,

Thanks for the ideas Neerav. I can import the same file on another
machine running Ensemble so I'm pretty sure the file itself is valid.
I'm leaning toward some kind of permissions problem in the Windows
file system, but don't know where else to look.

It sounds as if the class itself is read-only? Does this class exist already on the system you're trying to import into?

It may also be that the class in question is currently locked by another
user, preventing any modifications to it. If you are using source
control, it's possible that the lock may be related to the source
control restrictions for class edits.

Hope that helps,
Dale
