What are the responsibilities of the Director of Professional Responsibilities? There are three.
Who is responsible for implementing the new requirements and oversight if the IRS return preparer program.
What does it mean to "practice before the IRS?
Who are those lucky people who get to practice before the iRS.
As an enrolled agent, what are your duties? How are they different from other preparers?
Do you have continuing education credits? If so, what are they?

It sounds like a lot of information doesn't it? The answers are in the IRS circular 230 and Pub 947.
