Part 2 the Business section

Tomorrow we are starting our last Part. We will be discussing and learning about the various types of business entities. The first half of the classes will be a general overview and the last half we get into the specifics of partnerships, LLC's, corporations and trusts and estates.

IRS publications that are referenced in this material is Publication 15, 15-A, 17,  334, 463, 523, 527,  535, 537,  538, 544, 547, 550, 551,  560, 571, 583, 946 and the ones for Farmers and Exempt Organizations.

The second half we will be dealing the instructions for the various forms needed for the particular return. 

 

Also, I have attached a schedule that takes us to the middle of October.
