Welcome back to the Enrolled Agents Study Group. The purpose of this group is to help those who are working hard to pass the Enrolled Agents Examinations. Right now we are focusing on Examination 2: Business This group will supply supplemental material to our Tuesday evening meeting; however, membership is not limited to the persons enrolled in that study group. Your questions and comments are welcome, even if it is on another section of the test.

Our next classroom meeting will be on August 13 beginning at 6 p.m. We are using Passkey EA Review as a means of breaking down the subject matter. We cover 2 chapters a session. Next week will will cover Business Entities in General and IRS Business Requirements. Units 3-10 cover business returns in general. Beginning with Unit 11 we will be looking at specific types of business returns.

Thus far two of our members have completed test 1. Others have indicated that they are about ready and everyone is hoping to complete all three sections by the end of the year. Feel free to come join us and share in the discussions.
