Ourwallpaper swatch is a memo sample ranging from 4 " x 6" to 12" x 18" in size. The sizes are cut randomly. We are unable to order specific sizes. If you need a large sample, we recommend ordering one whole yard.

All swatches are shipped by first class mail. Please allow 7-10 days for transit time. Swatches normally ship within 48-72 hours upon receipt of your order. Occasionally, we might have back-orders, in which case we will advise you of the estimated delivery time.

DPD local will be in touch directly to let you know your tracking number and one hour delivery window. If this delivery slot is inconvenient for you, please reply to DPD local direct to arrange a more suitable time.

Please Note: International Shipping charges will be estimated at Checkout. Once your order has been placed and we know the size and weight of the items in your order, it is likely the cost of shipping will increase. Therefore, please be aware that we may request further shipping funds once your order is ready for dispatch. Please feel free to email us for an exact quote before you place your order.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You must notify us via email at he...@lovefrankie.com if you wish to cancel your order within this time period. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return your order.

A credit note will be issued to the value of the item(s) returned if the request to return is made after the 14 days from the date of delivery. No Credit notes or refunds will be given if the request to return your order is made after 2 months from the date of delivery.

Personalised / Bespoke Lampshades.

Refunds and/or credit notes will not be issued on any bespoke, made for you lampshades. These include lampshades which are not part of our current stock collection available to view online. For example: if you provide your own material or choose a size or colour combination outside our set stock sizes available online.

Please please remember that all our lampshades are lovingly handmade to order so we ask that you make sure to measure your space carefully to ensure you order the correct size is ordered to avoid returns. We are on hand to advise on sizing if need be.

We offer free fabric swatches of all our fabrics and wallpapers. Please remember that computer, phone and tablet screens reproduce colours differently.

If your order has been damaged in transit you must inform us within 48 hours so we can make a claim with our courier and send you a replacement. Please note we will require pictures of the damaged lampshade and packaging.

If you do a quick search on Ebay you will find some cracker snappers for a couple of pounds. Flip your wallpaper panel so you can see the back. Using strong tape (such as brown tape), place your cracker snapper in the centre along the 30cm bottom edge of your wallpaper panel. Firmly tape it down either side, making sure not to cover the central 'snapping' area.

I start collecting used toilet rolls a couple of months in advance of making crackers. It depends on how many you intend on making but I become a very keen finished toilet roll swiper! Along the bottom edge where you have taped down your cracker snapper, place your toilet roll tube on top. It needs to be central, which will be directly above the 'snapper' area of your cracker snapper.

With the one end still not tied up, you can insert your cracker treats. That could be sweets, chocolates, mini decorations, mini bottles of alcohol, and even your own jokes (I need to work on mine after last years)!

Our peel and stick wallpaper is easy to apply and take off, leaving noadhesive residue. Featuring sharp, vibrant images, wallpaperpatterns are ideal for accent walls, flat surfaces and temporaryinstallations. Available in three panel sizes.

We do not take responsibility for over or under ordering of wallpaper, fabric or any other products. Any additional orders as a result of under ordering will be treated as a separate order and cannot be added on to previous orders.

Please note that cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can any bespoke products. Please also note that our fabrics have natural and manufacturing characteristics such as slubs and knots.

We endeavor to check all of our products before dispatch but should any goods arrive with a fault or if we have made a mistake with your order please email us immediately and send photos of the damage/fault. We will require you to return the order with all packaging and labels. We cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please use a secure service when returning any goods.

You have the right to return your unopened wallpaper in perfect condition within 7 days receipt of your order otherwise refunds will not be issued. Shipping is at the customer\u2019s expense. Full payment less delivery costs and any duty charged will be refunded to you.

If the goods are faulty or we have made a mistake with your order, postage costs will be refunded. We cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please use a secure service when returning any unwanted goods.

If you had to pick your absolute favorite snack, what would it be? Mine would be, without a doubt, cheez-its. I practically lived on them during my college days and I still love them. But seeing as I'm much older now and my waistline won't forgive me if I snack on them endlessly, I've switched to homemade crackers. To avoid missing the real thing too much, I decided to make them extra delicious. Say hello to my new favorite snack: spicy ranch cheddar crackers! They're a flavor bomb with just a subtle hint of spicy, just what I need.

Lightly dust a clean work counter with flour, only just enough to prevent the crackers from sticking. Then, roll out the dough until it's paper-thin. The crackers will puff up in the oven so you want to get them rolled out as thin as possible.

Cut the dough into about 1x1 inch squares. If you want the fancy cheez-it look, use the blunt end of a toothpick and make a small hole in the center. The crackers won't spread in the oven so don't worry about spacing them out on the sheet trays.

Now we're going to take the basic cheese crackers to the next level and finish them with the spicy ranch seasoning mix. This recipe is mild so crank up the cayenne powder if you want a spicier cracker.

Toss the crackers in the seasoned butter mixture and microwave them for 3 minutes, tossing them every 1 minute. If you don't have a microwave, bake the crackers in the oven at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes, tossing them halfway through the baking process.
