geopoint, geotrace and geoshape search for place or address option does not work

Hello Martijn,

The option to search for a place or address under the geopoint, geotrace and geoshape question type seems not to be working. Was this working before?

A sample form is attached.

This is happening on Ona, using Chrome.

This still seems to be working here: https://enke.to/::widgets and (temporary link): https://odk.enke.to/preview?form=https://xlsform.opendatakit.org/downloads/bbx0an44/test_geo.xml

It has to be configured in Enketo's installation: https://github.com/enketo/enketo-express/tree/master/config#google. Maybe there is an issue with that service or configuration?

The link provided seems to guide us on how to configure this using Google Maps. Should the same work when using Mapbox?

Geolocation and maps are separate features. So in Enketo you can have geolocation with Google Maps on a Mapbox map.
