Error: Could not connect with Form Server

Hello, 

I have been using ODK Central and Enketo for a while, and today I encountered a problem that I did not see before.

When previewing forms on ODK Central, Enketo says "Could not connect with Form Server".

Apparently this happens only in ODK Central > 1.3.3 (forms on 1.2.2 work fine), and ODK itself seems to work (ODK Collect works), so, I thought it might be an issue with Enketo.

I found similar threads in the ODK Forum as well, but no solution yet.
