Dear Partners,
I hope this e-mail finds you well.
This is to inform you that the deadline for the Third Call for applications under the EU-METALIC Scholarship has been extended to 22nd December 2014, 23:59:59 GMT.
Please advise all potential applicants to make the most of these additional 3weeks and submit the strongest possible application.
The new timeline will be as follows:

In terms of statistics, we have definitely seen a slight increase as compared to last Tuesday 18th November however they are still low, which is the primary reason for the extension being granted. We cannot afford to close the Call until we have a substantial pool of quality applications as this is our last chance to meet the Project’s Targets. Please find attached the breakdown for your consideration.
Please note that numbers are still very low for undergraduate and staff levels therefore we need the support of our partners to:
· encourage undergraduate students and staff to apply and highlight the benefits that they can gain from participating in these projects on academic, social and cultural levels.
· to support applications by assisting applicants through their application process and responding on time to queries and staff invitations requests.
We would like to thank you for your support and cooperation and for helping us make the EU-METALIC Project the success it deserves to be.
