Practice 5/29

[Enigma Ultimate]

Everyone,

Practice will be held today from 6-8 at Thomas Cloud Park on the front fields. I will not be able to come so if the first few people there see that those fields are being used, please communicate in the GroupMe about moving to the back fields.

We'll want to reiterate the importance of moving up field after the disc is thrown up field, so we will run the drill that we have done in the past that forces that. In addition to that, we want to make sure that our handler defense can keep up, so we'll work on using your body to jam the offense and force them to go around you. Of course we want to do this within reason as we all know that the offensive player in this drill will be wanting to move up field as soon as possible.

4 line (include focus on handler defense, being an active mark)

Disc advancing drill (focus on offensive handlers setting up asap and defense trying to jam them (within reason))
