Roster update

Hey everyone, 

Just a few updates: 

1. Leadership group: To help with some Strategic planning and roster decisions the captains chose a few others for a leadership group. The goal is to unify the coaching/direction at practice and have fewer interruptions. I spend time preparing a practice plan with notes and key points so please approach me separately if you have anything to add. Quick comments are fine, but try to defer to the below individuals:

2. Roster spots: We have been trying to figure out if cuts are necessary so I apologize for the delay. I will directly message a few people that we don’t think are ready for the team this year. We will keep practices open to anyone who wants to show up for the rest of the season. Please update the tournament attendance sheet if anything changes.
