New member - first question *g

Hello,

first of all a lot of thanks to Jürgen, Jose and Oscar for to help that I get my Enigma touch.

First of all I modified the top of the case with the manual *g

But now my question:

I would like to install a battery. I’ve only found instructions for the "flat" version. Is there a guide for the case version? How can I remove the Enigma from its case in order to install the battery?
Thanks for your support—I’m not an electronics expert and don’t want to break anything.

Follow the same instructions.  the top 4 screws on the main board will allow you to lift it up and install the battery.  There is a ribbon cable connecting the plugboard to the main PCB, however it's easily long enough to just flip the board over without even removing it.
