v1.3.0 & v1.3.1 - Re-release, and minor bugfixes

For those that don't read the forums often, I've just re-released the
maps script for geocaching.com cache pages.

I am trying to build this into more of a generic maps substituter, so
will eventually allow maps to be shown from many different providers.
For the moment, it currently displays maps and imagery from the OS, OS
NPE (1940s), Google Maps and satellite, and OpenStreetMap.
The script is intelligent enough to select the appropriate map layer
if not looking at a UK cache.

Version 1.3.1 fixes a few minor bugs:
# Caches on the meridian/equator wouldn't display map.
# Caches beyond 8° E/W would display in the wrong location on the map.
# Prevent odd behaviour when loading multiple cache pages at the same
time.
# Add version check to prompt you to update in the future.
