Corruption in Haveri district KGID office.

Dear sir,
My name is Kareppa Patil, I am a highschool teacher in ghs sheshagiri ,Hanagl taluk, Haveri district. I have applied for kgid loan. It is 4 months since I have applied but I haven't received my rightful loan yet. The kgid officer in Haveri district is the most corrupt one as I have heard. I have written a reminder also. But it is of no use. I have the receipt of registered post of all the letters I have sent. Please help me sir. I am feeling very helpless in this corrupt system. I don't want to break my ideals by paying bribe to him. I have kept with me all the records how negligent this officer is. He sanctions loan immediately to those who give him bribe. So please help me to teach the corrupt official a lesson. I am ready to give you full cooperation. Please sir.

Dear Sir,

With respect to Kareppa Patil, Hanagal, Corruption in KGID Offices is not only in Hanagal, it spreads all over Karnataka like cancer, I too have experienced the same, for this teachers are the major sufferer, we have to do something like through our association a letter can be given to government to make transparency in loan sanctioning, everyday they have to announce total sanctioned and pending, if at all they reject the application they have to write back us immediately by giving reason or else they can verify the application and supporting documents on the spot and can take the decision to accept or reject. Please take this matter as very serious. contact or write letter to State High School Teachers Association, Bengaluru. We can also ask our Primary Teachers to do the same thing.

I felt very bad. One thing you may do that, ask him the information in RTI, about, the loan sanctioned by him after you, applied for the loan. It may work..

Also you may write a letter to district insurance officer, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಮಾಅದಿಕಾರಿ, about your loan application. Ask him the condition of your loan.

Dear k v patil sir I share your experience, I also applied for loan in last february.then I came to no that one installment copy of my three bonds had not been transfered from Koppal. The problem was that I didn't give rs.200/_ to the clerk in Koppal while I got transferd   totally we are helpless, I think we are begging them and we can't do any thing if we don't give bribe to any other office we can't get work done. Dear all my wife transferred from devadurga raichur dist in the year 2010 but Due to ssa her kgid premium not transfered to her account.  N still loan not sanctioned n many times v wrote letter to kgid n also beo devdurga.  No response. N without digitalising kgid its cent percent corroptd office n at shimoga too a officer who is head of kgid he having double duty gadag n shimoga.  As our ngo president informed to him not to do like this he is continuing.
