Their example of early success in this business is mainly attributed to their No Excuse mentality. 

People say I'm not from the financial industry, I can't do this business. Yet Maricel and Kim came from physical therapist background with zero financial exposure did it! 

Others say my kids are too young, I can't do this business, Kim and Maricel with 1 and 2 yr olds at the start of this business, did it! they even hired babysitters at Cancun during leadership retreat so both of them can attend our meeting.  

Lots of people say business is too hard, can't do it. Yet Maricel and Kim with their strong conviction, overcome all the challenges such as negativity from others and driving long distance to help families and build team in different locations. "It's our mission!"

What impressed me the most about Kim and Maricel is their positive influence to everyone around them, and building relationship everywhere they go.  They are also one of the strongest flag carriers for our team! 

100K is a new beginning.  I'm sure you'll continue to inspire us with bigger milestones ahead.
