Personal growth always leads to team growth. Joanne and the team leaders have been exploring their potentials and transforming to new level in many areas! They are the No 1 SMD base in the accumulated net production since March. There are several major leaders from this group committed life time WFG career. These include the recent full time leaders – Victor Zhao, Guangning, Baoqing, Yongwei, Jenna, Jason, Amy, who quitted their successful engineering and/or other research area career, and soon more full timers will come out such as Sherry, Wanfu, and Meiling, … Joanne has been paying great attention about EQ and communications with teammates, being humble and self-improvement, leading from the front in the field, setting goals for the teams and leaders
Joanne is the kind of leaders who take action fast and align with system quickly. Just a few examples: 1. She implemented the 7 day contender program right away after the launch in 2003. From there we have Haihong and Dainxia organizations. 2. After the lunch of BBC (Big Base Club) by Rich Thawley in Feb this year, she immediately took the action. I believe that Joanne’s SMD base will be one of our million base achievers soon. 3. She sets goal and then she monitors. 4. Joanne has strong business mindset and stand up strongly from very beginning. I remembered that she took care of events, meetings when she was at even an Associate level, signed lease and was BOM herself soon after SMD promotion. …
