I can see after Xiao became SMD, he is really doing great, especially the following:

• Lead by exam, being number 1 at the EC class within our EVC team
• Lead by exam, having personal recruits
• Lead by exam, having personal Sales
• Lead by exam, running at the front on the Hawaii competition
• Lead by exam, qualifying for the Puerto Rico Trip
• Lead by exam, getting married among all the handsome partners
• ........

I believe, this is all just the beginning of being a great leader for Xiao Chen!!!! He will for sure lead his team to the next level and will play a big rule in our team!!!! Please join us to congratulate Xiao Chen, from IN, officially get promoted to SMD.

He used to be an IT professional, Realtor, Mortgage loan officer, etc. I met him 4 years ago at his mom’s home few month later after we signed him up on the phone. He was so young at that time, we did not have experience to work with such a young man who also sings so well. One day, we brought him to a Super Saturday at Chicago, he officially stared his WFG journey:

He is a product of WFG - became a client right after he joined.

He is a product of the office training – plugged in IN local office right after he licensed, also plugged in the NY Flushing office as an associate

He is a product of the big events – He never miss any Super Saturdays, New Year Kick off and convention.

He is a product of elite Circle – Attended 7 EC, with 4 of them in the East Coast. Graduated five times and three times with Honors Graduate. Finishing in top 6 in the most recent Elite Circle Chicago section.

He is a product of remote building – Traveled weekly between Chicago and IN to build a team. Also traveled very frequently to New York to build the business.

He is a product of the system – Went on many field training sections with the trainers when he is a trainee, and then becoming an independent trainer working closely with trainees.

He is a product of prospect and recruit – got prospect and recruit easily on the phone with his mom and the trainer, he prospect as he goes and he recruits easily as he goes, he has been top personal recruiter since he joined. He is very confident in prospecting, as his tea, and clients include many highly qualified professionals some almost twice his age. So far he has 56 personal recruits, which is more than 1 per month, beat Jeff Leviton’s record of 1 per month.

He is a product of team work – thank his mom Suhong Xiao and stepfather Richard Huang for introducing him to this business, and his first trainer Ben Li for helping him to start, Yu Chen for running the IN office with him. Teammates who made it happen: Liping Zhong, Xiaomin Tan, John Zhang, Joe Chen, Joan Hu, Haihong Mao, etc

 

Xiao, we believe this is just the beginning of your true WFG business, a lot of more achievements will come along, Go BIG, young MAN!!!!!I believe one day, you will beat Jeff’s income, not just the average recruits!!!! We really appreciate you, the youngest trainer in our team so far, we are so proud of YOU!!!!
