It is my greatest honor to announce the CEO promotion of Sophia Su/ Albert Wang. Actually they qualified the CEO at the same time of us. Most of you may know their story already and here are some highlights:
Both Sophia and Albert got their PhD from University of Notre Dame. They started the WFG business in late 2008, while they were working as Electronic Engineers. During the last 6 years, they has transformed from talent Engineers to successful Entrepreneurs. Currently, their team has around 80 licensed professionals, 6 SMD team and 5 offices with major leaders leading business in more 10 states such us NY,CT,MA,NJ,PA,MD,CA,NC and so on.
Sophia and Albert add a lot value to our winning team. They are leading good examples in many ways from mastering the basic skills such as prospecting, inviting to providing quality service to clients; from solid system followers ( they never missed any event) to great leaders running the system so well ( they are big contributors to most Champion team events) and have such an amazing explosion in last few years; from capable flag carriers always supporting our team next promotion to great leaders who can identify and empower next generation leaders to rise up higher.
Their passion, their commitments and their excellent working ethic has attracted so many great leaders such as Hao Wang, Chuang Sun, Xinning Guan, Emily Wu ,Ying Liu and Ling sheng Kon to perusing the WFG careers together with them. We know hundreds of leaders will come up from this great organization.
Sophia and North Star team keep setting the records of Champion team,
1. 1) Sophia got her 3/3/30 and 10/10/30 within one month after her 1st convention, within the same 30 days she pass her life license.---she is action-taker.
2)Sophia quit her six figures and well-paid job from IBM just 4 month after she got her license. At that time she has not got her green card yet and her accumulated income from WFG is less than 15K. ---She is visionary and decisive.
3) Sophia and North Star Team became the Youngest CEO Team. ( less than 6 years since she got her license)---they are fast learner and very competitive.
4) Every time Sophia got a major promotion, she delivered a baby. Tiantian was born on 10/2010, the time when Sophia finished her SMD promotion. And her daughter Emma will be born in two month.--- Congratulations and Welcome to the wonderful world.
Sophia/Albert, Yuzhou and I are so thankful that we can be life-time friends and life-time business partners. We are so thankful that along the journey, no matter how small we are, no matter how down our business is , Your couple always trust and believe and support us and give the best to bring our team to the next level. To us, life is even more beautiful ahead, because we can grow together and become EVC/SEVC.. together , and we can build family and enjoy all the special moments together!
