I wanted to share this wonderful open-licensed guide from Joel Gladd and Liza Long, Writing and Artificial Intellgence (
https://idaho.pressbooks.pub/write/part/writing-and-artificial-intelligence/
). It is part of their textbook Write What Matters, developed for first-year writing in the state of Idaho.
I also created an open-licensed list of template phrases students can use to critique AI text:
https://human.libretexts.org/Bookshelves/Composition/Advanced_Composition/How_Arguments_Work_-_A_Guide_to_Writing_and_Analyzing_Texts_in_College_(Mills)/16%3A_Artificial_Intelligence_and_College_Writing_(In_Progress)/16.1%3A_Template_Phrases_for_Critiquing_AI_Outputs
I'm sure these are just the beginning of the resources we will see on writing and AI. I think OER is a great space to develop these materials.
