a call for meeting - ESC2 Final Round

Hi everyone,   Hope that you're all enjoying your happy time 'cause exams are over. Thanks to the contribution of most of the members, especially the key leaders, ESC2 has marked considerable success on Round 1 and Round 2, and now we should be ready to make the Final round not only an outstanding event but also an unforgettable experience for any audience coming to the show.   Regarding the Final round of ESC2, you should be updated with some news: 1. I've dealt with D.A.A and they've agreed to grant us Room A.409 for the whole day (Feb 28)    This would make it easier for us in the preparation as well as reception process. 2. Next Tuesday (29/1), all ESC members will have a meeting with Kspace. At the meeting,       We'll finalize the Event procedure and task distribution for each club, then leaders of dept.    will assign tasks to appropriate members. After the meeting, everyone should be clear about    how the event is gonna take place and exactly what we need to prepare for the Event. We'll    meet at 11.30 in Room A.503. Bring your lunch with you 'cause the meeting can be long.
