Dear Vy, UNO, Yen, Linh, Thuong, and ESCers

I sent you the attached file of the IU PUBLIC SPEAKERS 2 regulations.

Bao has sent me a link of fanpage for IU PUBLIC SPEAKERS 1 https://www.facebook.com/iupublicspeaker, it's nice. However, I think that it will be easier for ESCers to manage our own fanpage from now. What do you think about that?

@ Vy: Let have a look at it to have a good preparation for your script

@ UNO: I attach the file to you so that you can have an overview of the event so that you can design the avatar, poster and standee well. Whenever you finish the avatar, send it to Yen and Linh. About the poster, please send it to me before we have it printed. One more thing is that, please contact Linh and Yen about the fanpage so that you can also manage this page. Whenever you have time please come back to room 510 to get your USB the bring another USB to copy more files. Ask Nha to make the review clip for ESC2 then upload it on our ESC page. Besides, when you have time, make our ESC and ESContest more interesting with full of photos in the gallery and updated content. For the content, if you need help please ask the leader of content team to search more interesting lessons or news in English for you.

@ Yen: because you are absent on the meeting day, please contact Linh in your team to know your team duties. Please collect all if the checklist of ESC minishows and ESC 2 contestants + audiences of the final round then send it to Bao in your team. From now on, assign Bao to be in charge of recording these students' list. Besides, I ask Linh to create a new fanpage for IU PUBLIC SPEAKERS. Please discuss with her to make this page interesting and co-manage this page with Linh and UNO. We'll start our marketing campaign as soon as possible because we all have the regulations

@ Linh: As I told you before that the Marketing Team especially you and Yen (or anybody else that Yen assign the duties) will be in charge of this fanpage. Please get the avatar from Uno, make a brief review about IU PUBLIC SPEAKERS 1 (get the information from the link) and start our marketing campaign with the regulations, contact email : iupublic...@gmail.com password: passwordkhodoan and etc. For the photos, if you still need please go to room 510 to see me. Please discuss with Yen and the marketing team about the way to marketing this event.

@ Thuong: Please ask your member to design one interesting game for the IU PUBLIC SPEAKERS 2 then send the content to me and Vy when you finish. Besides, in order to make our club page more interesting, please co-work with Uno by asking your members to search for interesting English lessons or news or idioms or expressions then send to me to check the content and to Uno to upload to our page. It is also advised to search for tips to take the tests or experiences to study abroad or useful language in campus.
