Let me give it a try. I would go out on a limb and say that nobody is reading these e-mails :D

In case anyone is wondering which limb in particular, it's referring to a tree's limb (branch). If one were to go too far along the branch to the point there was nothing beneath you, you would literally be going out on a limb.

Lots of good tree words though.

Canopy
