INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY IN THE FRONT OF
RELIGIOUS FANATISM
(An assignment to determine the best course of action to stop LRA in
the 23 year’s civil war on Africa continent)

The 23 year’s civil war in Africa got popular subject for
academic scholars and place at Wikipedia. The latter determines LRA
(The Lord's Resistance Army; also Lord's Resistance Movement or
numerous other titles) as a “sectarian Christian militant group based
in northern Uganda and engaged in an armed rebellion against the
Ugandan government” [1].
The LRA is accused of all war crimes and “forcing children to
participate in hostilities” [2] not only in northern Uganda, but also
in other parts of Africa. On those grounds the LRA is declared by the
United States as a terrorist organization. The use children at war
(LRA has the distinction of having the youngest soldier) are judged by
international society as criminal and hence must be stopped by any
(preferable African, not international – BKZ) cost include physical
termination of religious leader, if it could work for that.
This war represents a movement of religious fanatism. But like every
war this one is firstable a good trough as well for business of
politicians, as their lobbyists.

When I say “by African cost” I mean that years of dollars
rain over a continent do not work. Commonly African people do not
become smarter to realize they are used by religious fanatics. Again
the conflict is 23 years old, but not so well known as Israel-
Palestinian one.
The corrupted Ugandan government is not able to defense its country
(for example, like those Israelis) and parasitically relies on
international support, like those Palestinians or both. Most of the
complaints against the Uganda People's Defense Force (UPDF), as the
army is known, are from before 2002 the ICC official said [4].
In the provided to this assignment academic citation nothing said
directly about LRA disarmament, but only about traditional sources
known as a humanitarian aid. Free money is not the best device to
threat corruption.
So if international society believes that announced program “Reward
for Justice” [5] will work to stop Joseph Kony (for Usama bin Ladin it
does not work) it could be considered as the best option. But by my
opinion, in support of international participation, the local special
operation in Uganda or any LRA military base would be much effective.

In support of my alternative thesis that any war is
profitable business, the better decision is stable stopping to deliver
good sources for trough [7]. Not having free money government will
lose interest for both own UPDF and UPDCA (LRA). LRA will lose
interest to terrorize folk for nothing. The civil war will become
another side of medal and who knows, maybe government will be better
encouraged for country redevelopment.
