It is made very plain by St. Paul himself.
*"7 A man should not wear anything on his head when worshiping, for **Man is made in God’s image** and **reflects God’s glory**.
And **woman reflects man’s glory**"

And so..... "10 *For this reason* and because the angels are watching, a woman should wear a covering on her head to show she is under authority"
1 Corinthians 11:7-10 (NLT)

So we take note of the following..
"11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. 12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve."
1 Tim 2:11-13 (KJV)

Then we also read....."8 For the first man didn’t come from woman, but the first woman came from man."

For Eve was only created from Adam, when a suitable animal could not be found as a helper, irrespective of any interval which occurred between their separate creation.

And so a woman must veil or cover her head and remain silent during prayers and worship to show her subjection and the order of creation that Almighty God has established....
