Any way you guys would take Murdoch back? we asked Australia but they
said 'Heck NO !!!'.

Warning, a slippery soap box can be trouble.
Fun fact - did you know Adam Smith, the hero to many people on Economic
matters from the publication of his book "The Wealth Of Nations"
actually thought his better book was "The Theory Of Moral Sentiments".

All of the following post is my opinion. Anything that looks like a
factual statement is still just my opinion.

The other day I was act a function where I heard and participated in The
Pledge of Allegiance. I don't want any of this to be political but that
did bring a tear to my eyes. (I personally would like us to have more
than a 2 party system).

If Koch, Murdoch and their money keep paying to daily subvert the US
Government, as they have for 30 years - we will end up never believing
(as a whole) in the USA. OF COURSE the government has problems - it can
get too big, lets fight fraud, abuse and waste all the no brainer stuff
.. but it makes economic sense (besides morally) to have a good
functioning Government.

Historians know the USA has never been perfect but if someone with Koch
or Murdochs money would have always made a drum beat over each and every
mistake on the news 24/7 we'd have never gotten past 1776!

As Koch and Murdoch pays daily to hammer the US Government WHO defends
the Government and mentions DAILY WHAT THEY DO RIGHT?

I like a safe country (defense), clean water, clean food, safe cars,
safe consumer products, decent roads, good air and have appreciated how
blessed this Nation as been by having a Strong Government for over 250
years.

Besides the erroneous Economic idea that we MUST ALWAYS HAVE GROWTH for
the US to prosper, that we haven't pushed for FAIR TRADE in World Trade
overall we're not doing to bad.

In reading of things like "The Financial Times", "The Economist" and
watching Bloomberg TV have led me to seriously believe most economists
think - yes deregulation and lack of enforced Federal Laws led us close
to a depression. It also looks to me from these reading that we should
have had more GOOD infrastructure stimulus, bigger deficits (for now)
to get us out of this. I realize these are complicated arguments not
great for 'pithy one liners'.

Of course the constant drum beat of Koch and Murdoch disagree with the
Government doing anything and particularly anything that might cost them
more in taxes. Again they hurt the USA and the belief in America.

This looked a bit far fetched to me but thought it might prove to be
interesting -
Two Supreme Court Judges, Fox News People, some big business names etc
and a Koch private party ...
