Eagleton family.

Hi,

Is there somebody who can help me please. I'am looking for my wife's
ancestors from England.

In the late 1800's her great grandfather arrived from England in South
Africa. His parents
where as follows:

William Henry Eagleton born ą1820, Kent?, England, and was married to
Sophia Archer born
Alphage?, England.

His name was William Henry Eagleton born ą 1850.

An 'Eagleton' who is from South Africa has recently started working at the
same company as me, here in the UK, I will ask him to see if he has any
info.

Hi Petrus

I am also trying to trace back the Eagleton family from our side.
My father's name is Frank (Frans?) Joseph Saunders Eagleton - born on 19 Nov 1913 and died on 07 Dec 1994. He was from Bristown (I think)
My grandfather has the same names and was born on 14 Nov 1879 and died on 12 Sep 1959. He was from Bristown. He was married to a van Heerden lady.
As far as I know William Henry Eagleton from Kent is linked to this family, probably great grandfather to myself.
If you have more info then I will appreciate it if you are prepared to share it with myself.
