With your partner(s), read the slideshow prompt up to the end of the
“Overview of the Slideshow” section and respond to the following
questions. As always, be sure I know who did what. For Part II, tell
me what the groups accomplished with the slideshow scripts.

Slideshow Prompt:
http://www.mabrito.net/105/project_prompts/slideshow_prompt.htm

1. Are you using the podcast you've already created as the audio for
the slideshow? Why or why not?

1. Yes I will be using the podcast that I already created because I
believe its an important topic that I want to continue to pursue.
2. I will include 10-12 images.
3. I watched the example slideshow.
4. Yes I will be narrating the images because I want to narrate and
deliver the message clearly.

Part I

1. No. I will not be using the same podcast that I've already created
because what I talked about in Phase Two is different from what I want
to talk about in Phase Three. So my previous podcast does not help me
or make anything easier in Phase Three. Also, I think it is better to
do a special podcast for this new Phase of the project-- that adds
more originiality and variety to the project.

2. I do not know how long my slideshow is going to be just yet--
probably 4-5 minutes, maybe more. I plan on using various images for
the slideshow, but I do not know the number yet. One thing that I want
to do though is to use good meaningful images that'll enhance and
support my script (claim).

3. Okay.

4. It'll probably be a good dea to narrate my images but I am not sure
if I am going to. I will if there is enough time for that. There is
going to be a script so it'll probably be hard to narrate the images
and read the script. I could, if possible, add text under the images
so that people have an idea of what the image is representing or
supporting. I will try my best to try and use good images for my
slideshow.

1. I'm not sure what I want to do with my audio, I may write a new
script and expand on different areas of my subject.2. I'm going to
guess it will run about 3 minutes3. If the image represents what I'm
talking about, I'm hoping that it will express more than just what I'm
saying to make more of an impact.

They didn't really accomplish much in fact it felt like a vague
commercial that didn't really give that much information.

Part I: 1. Yes I will most likely be using the original podcast but
may incorporate more information in there if it is needed or to
further explain what is being shown in the slides.  And with pictures
sometimes it needs more explaining than when you just say it with no
visuals.2. Just depends on what kind of media that will be used and if
it can get my point across right away.  But I would say no longer than
5-7 minutes just because people attention spans aren’t always too long.
4. Some of them might need narration but for the most part what I will
be saying will go along with the pictures that are being presented.  I
feel that narration is better since were going to be stating our
points across this and getting people to know what we are truly
talking about.

1) Yes, I will be using the podcast previously created because I think
its a broad, straight to the point audio that highlights important
points.
2) My slideshow will most likely have 10-15 images.
4) Yes, I will be narrating because its my piece and I want to present
the images the way I feel is best.
