Microsoft corporation recently (Feb 24) launched Windows MultiPoint Server 2010 for educational purpose like classrooms, labs and libraries. This new product allows users to share the one computer using multiple screens.
Microsoft Press release (Feb 24, 2010) Windows Multipoint server 2010 is an new operating system, lets people to connect to a single host computer with their own monitor, keyboard and mouse through USB or a video card. Everyone can control their own station with an independent and familiar Windows computing experience. Microsoft builds an Ecosystem with a solution is to launch with strong support from vendors all over the world that have committed to developing creative and effective solutions for the MultiPoint platform. Note : Windows Multipoint Server 2010 is available for licensing from March 1st for OEM.
