Industrial Furnace Division has over 25 years of experience manufacturing other types of industrial process furnaces including Box, Tip-up, Roller Hearth, Car-bottom and Vacuum Furnaces. We have extensive experience manufacturing complete Electric Arc Furnace systems, and supplying parts and services for them.

Responsible for managing IP for existing designs and for the maintenance, improvements, and modifications of manufacturing equipment
Coordinates technical support for industrial equipment
Reviews customers specs, equipment drawing
Coordinates with production and project management to determine cost, price and delivery of product
Prepares quotes, drawing packages, specs and procedures for production of equipment, and negotiates final price
Supports Quality Assurance with inspection
Analyzes parts or equipment failures and takes corrective/preventative action to avoid recurrence
Travels to customer locations as needed
Participates in six sigma (methodology)
Exp working with industrial products or equipment in high-temperature and/or harsh environments preferred
Exp managing projects from inception to completion
Basic design, drawing and annotation exp using AutoCAD OR similar CAD software through annotated 2D and 3D engineering drawings
Knowledge of stainless steel and/or high-nickel alloys used in high temperature or highly corrosive environments is a plus
Hands on exp using ERP or MRPII software
Excellent customer service skills

Engineering Degree or equivalent technical experience
