Announcement of South Asia Regional Masculinities Workshop in New Delhi

CHSJ is organising the second South Asia Regional Workshop on Gender and Masculinities - 'Role of Masculinities in State, Market and Community in South Asia’ from December 15-19, 2018 in New Delhi.
The five-day workshop is for development practitioners, researchers, activists, trainers, students, and media professional from South Asia. It will discuss systems of patriarchy in which social structures and institutions like the state and market produce unequal, hierarchical and violent relationships as structural conditions get expressed and reinforced in individual lives.
The workshop coordinators are Prof Sanjay Srivastava, Institute of Economic Growth and Satish Kumar Singh, CHSJ. Details of the workshop, resource persons and modules are in the attached workshop announcement.
