Missing PVs and clicks for BurdaVerlag Publishing

for some days across our brands, the page views (paid and organic) are zero, mostly in combination with a lower amount for clicks (and sometimes revenue) than we can see via the frontend. Can you maybe have a look at that? One external publisher ID where this happens would be 00d435dea808bd0f4135a41c7646f9362e

1- The publisher ID you attached is from Burda Hearst Publishing GmbH .  not in BurdaVerlag
2- I don't see Zeros as you mentioned in the request. I filled the below missing params on my own :) 
3- please attach the dimensions as well : 
breakdowns, filters, dates , offset, limit you are using, then It might help me to see same result.

That it belongs to Burda Hearst Publishing GmbH makes sense. We don't have any info about the set-up except for the externa IDs, so sorry for that.

Our process works by:

• Grab a token for our account
• Defining a start and end date 
  • normally the last 3 days but when we do a backfill this goes up to 3 years
• Query the API starting at offset none to get the total number of items, default limit is None
• After the first payload is returned continue querying offset by the number of items retrieved until we reach the end of the total items

By default we're retrieving the following metrics:

I was able to reproduce the issue with 0 PVs. It needs to be investigated by different teams.

In our API documentation - https://engagereportsapioutbrainv21.docs.apiary.io/#reference/reports/outbrain-report-v2,  
you can find under the OutbrainReportItems which fields are not available when setting specific breakdowns (like widget).

thank you again for the meeting last week and the clarification!

 

We unfortunately forgot to ask about one more thing: Sometimes the revenue is zero even though the Reqs amount to a couple of hundred. According to your list, revenue should be available on widget breakdown, so maybe there is something else we’re missing? Can you have a look at that in case you don’t already know what could be the reason for this? That would be great. If you need more infos just let us know.

We need specific examples of API requests that return a revenue of zero and have request amounts in the hundreds. 
In general, I’m not sure if every request generates revenue.
However, we can examine specific examples if you have them.
