API auth failing

Hello,

We pull stats from the Outbrain API daily and authentication has been failing for the past few days. We are using our OB login and pass, which hasn't changed. Is there an issue with our account or a change to API auth? Thanks

Hi adam.
Nothing changed in the API, do you generate the token according to documentation?

Please share the user that is failing (notice that this is a public group, do not share passwords or tokens).

Can you please provide some trace ids for the failed API calls? Do you get status 401?

Hey Adam.
After looking into the request you sent us, it seems that the error is caused by 'bad credentials'.
Can you please try to recreate the token and call the api?
if you are still getting this error with the new token, please attach a new x-tracid for the new failure.

Glad to hear it worked !
The password need not be changed but the token is valid only for 30 days and needs to be regenerated.
