Increase in NULL values

Hello,

We have an increase in NULL values through the API stemming from the increase in requests and revenue from SVD_1 and SVM_1 on May 2nd. 

This is what I see on the page for a regular widget. I'm not sure if not all of that data is being passed through the API for the in-article video player. Can you please take a look?

Hey Megan, 

Summarizing our investigation regarding this case, its not a bug in our system, so after discussed with the relevant teams, partner didn’t realize the data-external-id comes from them (oddly) .
we recommend you recheck the setup, the test pages config provided to us for SVM_1 widgets show use of only the secondary extId whilst you would usually use both.
