FOX External API issues

Hello,

Fox recently set up an external API but are not seeing any External ID values populate the reports they are getting back from us.

The client side work was released around 10/21. Is there a way to identify where the break is in the data flow? They asked if we can help validate the implementation on the client side to make sure the Experiment ID values are being exposed properly within the widgets.

They have sent through an example of the report they are receiving, organic and paid listings are populating as 0
