401 error for request

Hi support team,

for the external IDs 00924a5e48c4df2f62b9af36056f7d54f0 and 006ec9fa823c5c51e3a08728b63b4fe800 we get an 401 error when we try to access them via the API. Our account manager Aliza Wollman confirmed that we should have access and told us to post a message here.

Could you please include the HTTP request you sent?  

Additionally, mention the user for the access token when sending the request; this user may not have the necessary permissions.

Sorry - probably because it's an e-mail address: "upi @ burda.com" (I added the blank spaces because it gets converted to a link automatically. the actual user name is without the blank spaces.

Hey Guys, Hey Nadav,

We've had an issue authenticating this morning after a long period of success - unsure what's changed but on retrying we have the same issue with the following request:
