Outbrain API – Insufficient Access

Hi Team,
I granted mmue...@motorpresse.de from Motor Presse Stuttgart GmbH & Co. KG (13607) access to the EngageReports API on Flight-manager (SS). However, the publisher has reached out reporting that, while they can log in to the Outbrain API (https://api.outbrain.com/engage/v2) and generate a token successfully, they encounter 401 (Unauthorized) or 404 (Not Found) errors when trying to access report endpoints (for retrieving publisher IDs and analyzing data).
The user suspects there may be an issue with their account’s authorization or permissions, as they are unable to proceed with their intended workflow (setting up a cron job for data analysis).
Could you please check if the user has the correct access or if there are any other issues? Supply Ops has already confirmed that the setup looks fine.
