Tentative Schedule Feb-March 2025 - Sem 2 and 4 Internal Assessment

Attention All Students,

Below is the tentative schedule for the Internal Assessment:

Semester 4
1) Dissertation First Draft Completion: 17th to 28th February 2028 (All five chapters to be completed).

2) Internal Test: 3rd to 6th March 2025 (Monday to Thursday).

3) Presentations: 10th to 13th March 2025 (Monday to Thursday).

4) Dissertation Presentation: 17th March 2025 (Monday).

5) Digital Portfolio Demonstration Day: 18th March 2025 (Tuesday).

6) Annual Function (Sem 4 Leaders' Presentations): 21st March 2025 (Friday).

Semester 2
1) Internal Test: 7th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th March 2025 (Friday, Monday to Thursday).

2) Presentations: 19th, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th March 2025 (Wednesday, Monday to Thursday).

3) Farewell Function (Sem 2): Either on 21st March (half day after the Annual Function) or 29th March (full day).

Revised Schedule Update

Due to the University Examinations for Semester 2 and Semester 4, which are likely to be organized after 21st April 2025, the following schedule changes have been made:

Post-Semester 2 Written Test (13th March) and Semester 4 Presentations (12th March 2025):

1. 13th March 2025

   • Workshop on Error Analysis in Essay-Type Answers
     • For: Semester 4 Students
     • By: Megha Madam and Prakruti Madam

2. 21st March 2025

   • Workshop on Dissertation Writing
     • For: Semester 4 Students
     • Requirement: All students must bring a spiral-bound print of their dissertation (printed on both sides of the pages).
     • Session by: Head of the Department (Final guidelines and suggestions will be provided).

3. 25th – 26th March 2025

   • National Seminar on IKS and English Studies / Research Prospects

4. 26th – 27th March 2025

   • Semester 4 Dissertation Presentations in National Seminar
     • Details: The sequence and schedule will be shared in due course. All sem 4 students shall register for the seminar. It will be voluntary registration for Sem 2 students.

5. 29th March 2025

   • Digital Portfolio Demonstration Day

6. 1st – 5th April 2025

   • Semester 2 Presentations

7. 7th April 2025

   • Annual Function

8. 8th April 2025

   • Farewell Function

9. 11th April 2025

• Academic Writing Workshop on Essay-Type Answers
• For: Semester 2 Students
10. 17th April 2025

• Assignment Submission (Print & in G Class
• 21st April Onwards:
  University Exam for Sem 2 and 4

All students are requested to take note of the revised schedule and participate accordingly.
