The profligacy in the history of the U.S. of America should be
considered acceptable if the priority of the mission the leaders have
done is justified and they have done a sincere effort to accomplish
that mission. Analyzing the movie “Delta Force,” this film was
created based on real life due the results of terrorist incidents .The
US had to invest money in creating a group specialized to rescue
hostages and accomplish secret missions. Major Scott (Chuck Norris)
and Colonel Alexander (Lee Marvin) are the leaders of this elite squad
and they conduct an operative to rescue American passengers on board
an airplane hijacked by terrorists.
The efforts and the investments to rescue these American hostages were
worthy since they save the life of the hostages and keep the good
reputation and respect of the nation and this combat group.
In the same way the US at the present, is investing money and effort
to rescue what they think is captive and certainly, as long as they
keep focus on the mission, the risk of spending money and loose life
is necessary.
