I installed GSE Smart IPTV on 2 different Apple TV. Everything worked well until update of Apple TV a few weeks ago. The Apple TV is loosing the reference to new M3U Channels. After a while, I decided to factory reset one of my Apple TV. I reloaded the GSE smart IPTV app frn Apple Store, installed the parameters for new M3U channels and now it is working without problem. I DID NOT update the Apple TV after factory resetting. So it seems to me that the problem is related to updating the Apple TV.
I already paid twice to activate the that app on 2 Samsung "smart" TVs. How can I get a refund for that.

After the trial, I paid for the app. Now IPTV is saying that the MAC address that I provided to them does not exist. Thanks mate i know its nothing to do with smart iptv its Xtream codes is the problem and i do have a subscription with my supplier and smart iptv they have found another source for smart iptv but most channels are buffering or saying conection failed and all the movies and tv shows on demand are not there? Ive rebooted it followed his instructions to reload the playlist but still no joy.So frustrating.Any advice would be great cheers again mate.

I have a new 2020 LG Smart TV. I can watch Ignite TV via my computer, iPad and iphone (obviously without a box). I want to be able to watch Ignite on the new TV the same way. However, it wont let me because I dont have an IOS or Android system as well as the browsers are not installed.
Rogers has iOS and Android mobile apps available but these cannot be installed on an Apple TV box or on Android TV, and apparently the Android mobile app does not work when side-loaded onto an Amazon Fire HD tablet either, so we are pretty much stuck and can only view Ignite TV on the platforms that Rogers officially supports.
Rogers has hinted that we may eventually see more viewing options than what is currently available. Comcast is also beta testing streaming apps on other platforms as well, including Roku devices and some Smart TVs. However, I don't know if Rogers currently has any definite plans for expanding our viewing options or if they would even able to offer an Ignite version of a Comcast Xfinity beta app. The best that we can do at this time is keep an eye on what Comcast is doing and hope that Rogers will add those new products to their roadmap. The good news is that Comcast is developing an app for your TV so a future Ignite TV version is at least a possibility.
