La utilizacin del DNI electrnico es vlida para tramitaciones telemticas pero ser necesario contar con determinados elementos de hardware y software que permitan el acceso al chip de la tarjeta y, por tanto, el uso de los certificados contenidos en ella.
Cuando se accede a una opcin de la pgina web que requiera certificado electrnico el navegador debe solicitar el PIN y, a continuacin, mostrar el almacn de certificados para poder seleccionar el que corresponda (autenticacin o firma). Si no sucede as es que el navegador o el DNIe no estn correctamente configurados.
Comprueba la versin del DNIe que ests utilizando. Ten en cuenta que el DNIe 3.0 no es compatible con sistemas operativos Windows XP y Windows Vista, tal y como se indica en la pgina www.dnielectronico.es.
Para la utilizacin del DNIe es necesario disponer de un lector de tarjetas que cumpla con los estndares ISO-7816 y API PC/SC, que est conectado correctamente a su ordenador y que el sistema operativo lo reconozca correctamente. En los sistemas Windows aparece el mensaje "Este dispositivo se ha instalado correctamente y est listo para usar". Hay que seguir las instrucciones del fabricante del lector para la instalacin de los drivers.
Si aparece este error, pero el DNIe funciona o ha funcionado con este navegador en nuestra pgina u otra recientemente, verifica los antivirus que puedan generar errores con los certificados y/o reinicia el equipo.
En aquellos casos en los que el sistema no detecte DNIe, y para sistemas operativos Windows XP o Vista, se recomienda la instalacin de la ltima versin del mdulo criptogrfico publicado la pgina web www.dnielectronico.es.
Para Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 y Windows 10, en el servicio de actualizacin de Microsoft Windows Update se encuentran disponibles las nuevas versiones del driver del DNIe. nicamente debes introducir la tarjeta DNIe en el lector y el sistema operativo instala el driver de forma rpida y automtica. No se debe extraer el DNIe del lector hasta la finalizacin de la instalacin. Si la instalacin no se realiza automticamente accede a "Windows Update" y haz clic sobre "Buscar actualizaciones". La actualizacin se denomina: "Direccin General de la Polica - Other hardware - DNIe Minidriver for Smart Card".
Con el lector y el DNIe conectado al equipo, accede a www.dnielectronico.es, entra en "rea de descargas" y haz clic en "Sistema Windows". En funcin de si se trata de un equipo de 32 o de 64 bits, descarga un instalador u otro.
Con el DNIe en el lector de tarjetas, comprueba si Google Chrome est reconociendo el DNIe. Accede al men de configuracin de Google Chrome situado la parte superior derecha, a la opcin "Configuracin", "Ajustes", "Configuracin avanzada", "Privacidad y seguridad", "Gestionar certificados". Aparecer la ventana solicitando el PIN. Introduce el PIN para comprobar los certificados instalados.
Tras comprobar que el DNIe est bien instalado es necesario verificar en FNMT que funciona correctamente. Puedes acceder desde el portal del DNI electrnico, "Cmo utilizar el DNI", "Verificar que funciona" o directamente desde fnmt.es, "CERES", "Certificados", "Persona fsica", "Verificar estado".
Si aparece activo, se ha comprobado que el certificado de autenticacin es vlido, ahora ser necesario comprobar tambin la firma. Para ello puedes realizar algn trmite de la Sede Electrnica de la AEAT que requiera firma electrnica, por ejemplo, la obtencin de una certificacin tributaria.

The updated version 2.9.014344 released on Dec 5 does NOT solve the issue. Occurs on Chrome for Windows and Mac. I'm toggling the extension on and off when I need to access Hubspot email tracking functions with great annoyance.
That was the first thing I did. I also replied saying that I did it and this was the only extension. From another of the replies, it seems like a incompatibility between Latest version of Chrome and the extension. Yet to be confirmed by HS Tech support team.
Im recently having the same problem, just happened randomly (since december 1st of 2023). i still have not found a fix and neither has hubspot support.
What seems to be happening in my case is that when i open my gmail and hubspot for example (2 tabs only) and my hubspotsales extension is active, my task manager shows that google chrome seems to be replicating an error (or Ram memory leak), so the ram usage keeps going up (the chrome tab keeps using ram of the 16gb that i have until laptop crashes, while my cpu is going crazy at like 45% - 65%) as soon as i disable the hubspotsales extension then everything goes back to normal, and is quick and snappy again. (it was quick and snappy before even with the extension on)
Now im not sure what the issue is, when i sent hubspot support my debug logs on the hubspot sales extention it was obvious in the logs that there was a problem as there were like 1200 issues and errors and "failed to load resource the server responded with a status of 400" or 404. And that Error kept replicating.
Any one with a fix yet?
@CaptainRice @ADavidow Having the same issue as well; spoke to someone on the support team and they mentioned that product is liasing with the Google team - frustrating for sure as I need to now send out emails from within HubSpot directly
Chrome supports a number of different release channels. We use these channels toslowly roll out updates to users, starting with our close to daily Canarychannel builds, all the way up to our Stable channel releases that happen every6 weeks roughly.
