Your help needed; collaborative annotation of terms of Services and Privacy notices

Dear all,

In connection with WG5, we have developped an annotation platform for
Terms and Services and Privacy Notices.

Within the framework of a Virtual Mobility Grant, we would like to
propose to enet collect members to collaboratively annotate CALL
platform terms of service and Privacy Notices. This will allow us all to
compare and reflect on the content of these documents .

We have already put online the documents related to online learning Khan
Academy, Duolingo, Blackboard, Moodle and Berlitz and we would like to
extend this list.

As a first step, we need to select a set of such documents to annotate.
Could you help us and answer these two questions:

- you run or have developed a CALL platform and would like to have its
Privacy notices or terms of services collaboratively annotated, please
send us an email with a link to the document.

- you feel that documents of other CALL platforms would be of interest
for annotation, please send us an email with links to the documents and
the the platform.

We have high constraints and need to have finish the study by end of
August, so please reply as soon as possible, and no later than August 13th.

Dear all,

Thank you for the ones who gave us some feedback.

We are now starting this action which first step consists in annotating
some Privacy Notices and Terms of Services.

We tried to make this work as easy as possible, annotating consists in
reading some excerpts and answer a few multiple choice questions.

Our ambition is to write and submit a paper, for example at the next
LREC Conference (http://lrec-conf.org/) which we (annotators) would
co-author.

If you wish to contribute to the annotation and be listed as a
co-author, just send me an email (alain.co...@apoliade.com).
