Call for organizers - Fourth Annual EnetCollect Meeting in 2020 - deadline 12/03/2019

Dear all,

during the MC meeting in Lisbon, we intend to call a vote on the
location and organizers for the Fourth Annual Meeting in 2020.

If you are interested in organizing this event, please send an email to, with "Local organizer for the Fourth Annual
Meeting" as title, including the following information :
(1) foreseen location (building, address etc.),
(2) on relevant airports and the duration to go from each airport to the
(3) contact details of the main organizer(s) and of the other
(4) list of past events already organized by the organizers (including
related websites).

Some details on the foreseen characteristics of the fourth Annual Meeting :
- held towards end of February, beginning of March 2020,
- 110 to 130 attendees,
- duration of 2 or 3 days,
- will host WG meetings, an MC meeting and some smaller meetings,
- will have at most two parallel sessions,
- will have poster sessions,
- some social activities,
- might be followed by a 1 day Training School with 20/30 attendees.

Rules regarding the contribution to the overall expenses, a.k.a. the
Local Organizer Support (LOS), are detailed in Section 6 of the COST

Deadline for sending applications: 12th of March 2019.
