ERROR from script file {utilManageCompileLink.pyc}

Hello,

I am starting to use EnergyPlus and FMU. I am trying to create the FMU file by using one of the .idf examples, but I always get this error:

ERROR from script file {utilManageCompileLink.pyc}

I have made tests in Windows, with different versions of Visual Studio (2013,2015,2017,2019) and in linux with gcc. But I always get the same error.
