Trouble Shooting with Visual Studio

Dear members,

I am trying to co-simulate the python between energyplus.

I have got error with c-compiler.

The error is as follows:

Problem configuring the Visual Studio tools for command-line use
ERROR from script file {utilManageCompileLink.py}
Failed to create object file for source code file {C:\EnergyPlusToFMU-v3.1.0\SourceCode\v10\fmu-export-prep\fmu-export-write-model-desc.cpp}

What I am using for co-simulation is here:
3.10 Python

Anaconda3

Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 Community

PyFMI.

If you help me to solve the problem, I will much appreciate you.
