interval block timestamp

Hi,

Does somebody know if the timestamp used in the intervalBlocks must be UTC or if it must follow the timezone stated in the meterReading?

sorry for the delay. I checked with the experts (to make sure my memory served) - the time stamp on the intervalBlocks is UTC in epoc representation. Convert them to local time via the LocalTimeParameters.
