ESPI/GreenButton Requirements

Good day,

We are looking at implementing the GreenButton standard.  All throughout the www.greenbuttondata.org site Function Blocks (FB_) groups are referred to and are used inside the scope for authorization.  Where can I find a detailed set of requirements or stories for each FB_?  I have seen the list at http://www.greenbuttondata.org/espi/authorization_scope/ but would like more details to implement each FB.
